Hiring: Staff Pharmacist – Permanent Full-Time

Location: Chico, CA
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Shift: 10-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights & Weekends)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensure safe medication management, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Description:

Review, verify, and dispense medications safely and accurately.
Monitor medication therapy and resolve drug-related issues.
Provide clinical pharmacy support and patient counseling.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations.

Requirements:

Active California Pharmacist License.
Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
ACLS & PALS Certification (required within one year of hire).
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
