Shift: 10-Hour Rotating Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights & Weekends)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensure safe medication management, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Job Description:
- Review, verify, and dispense medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor medication therapy and resolve drug-related issues.
- Provide clinical pharmacy support and patient counseling.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Active California Pharmacist License.
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
- ACLS & PALS Certification (required within one year of hire).
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
